The following email was forwarded to me by a former colleague who is now receiving all emails addressed to my old work address. Good job he’s a mate, otherwise we’d not have been privy to such a momentus set of decisions. It’s not like I didn’t set up webdonkey@whvgolf.com for this type of thing!
Excellent work Peter – so we have an agreed system as proposed by Nozzle and as supported by myself and Peter (and therefore ratified by the Board – beautiful).
This means that the President can now furnish us with his proposal to change the RP’s – even more beautiful.
WD – another important decision for the website please – the Board have agreed the following handicapping system for this season..
The Ronnie system to be carried forwards, with the addition of 1) A one point handicap cut for the winner of any competition 2) Butters starting the season of 18.
As our former leading backbencher used to say – “Is it in the constitution?” – until that point it would appear to be rumour only…
