The event kicks off in about 10 hours, allowing for the clock change, so I have given ‘someone’ plenty of time to address the issue, but no match report has been provided by the victor of the curtain raiser. Even after some very controversial circumstances surrounding his win.
So for winning, he’s dropped another shot, and for failing to provide a match report – under the amendment to the constitution reported here – he’s carrying another full stroke penalty and will be off 12 around Blackwell.
