In a welcome return to traditional WHV values, today’s event saw pre and post round catering. Well done to the captain – the bacon rolls were almost on a homemade standard on the bread to bacon ratio. And most members were able to double up on their butty count. Noz even managed an Atkins style bacon roll with no bread.

The post round portion of WHV staple of ham egg and chips was not up to that served at the Presidents, being a touch on the child portion size. Tasty nonetheless and Greggors and noz enjoyed the spare meal.
