Luckily, the Captain is also a Professor and smarter than the rest of the society put together and informed us that the appendix of the 2008 paper almanac, which he always carries with him lists the handicap at 25.5

Incidentally, Pal O Onions goes by a Sunday name of Paul Burton and his previous form is an early withdrawal from the 2008 Jug at Hill Valley. Probably worth an each way sniff.
