This chap is called Jack Frost. He does a living statue/mime/spinning glass balls on his hands act.
He got upset with a Japanese tourist who started doing acrobatics in front of him.
This is the big time Xmas attraction laid on for Christmas Shoppers in Stratford. But at least it had a little more glamour than the Winter Wonderland we got to see the week after – 2 reindeers and no Santa with a few bales of hay and some crowd barriers. Simply magical.
Don’t recognise the other chap.
